It was a random Tuesday when Gila had the idea to create the Jewish Women’s Series. It occurred to her while she was reading a children’s book about Amelia Earhart to her daughter Serafina, and she wondered how nice it would be to have a book just like it, but with powerful stories of Jewish women who answered the call to be the light and change their world desperately needed.

Gila then recruited her sister Lieba, who happens to be a writer, and the rest is history. The Jewish Women’s Series is a passion project that was created out of a soul need to share goosebump inducing stories that inspire little girls everywhere to feel empowered in their life journey and proud of their identity. It is their hope that with every page turned, the spark inside of them shines a little brighter, and the call from a world waiting for their magic is just a little bit louder.
